No retainer, no monthly fee, no lead-farm dues, no cost to you as the referrer. The referral fee is paid at closing out of the commission earned by the River Hills agent who represents the client — a standard industry referral split. Commission structure itself is negotiated directly between the client and their River Hills agent at the time of the engagement.
