I’m Bryan Bennett — Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with River Hills Propertiesin the Mohawk Valley. I built Benny.Estate because buyers and sellers here deserve a modern search experience — without the noise, the lead farms, or the agents who’ve never set foot in the town you’re looking at.

The story

Two bases, one client experience.

I grew up in Central New York and still do business here. I’m also a broker in La Romana, Dominican Republic, where I run a second brokerage (Benny.Estate DR) out of Casa de Campo. Living between two markets sounds complicated, but it’s exactly why this model works: for day-to-day responsiveness I can’t show you a house in Utica on a random Tuesday afternoon, so I built a system that pairs you with someone who can — while I stay your single point of contact and handle everything in between. (I still get to Central NY regularly to visit family, and if a client specifically wants me on-site for a listing meeting, open house, or closing, we plan the trip together. On the New York side, I’m a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with The Mosher Team at River Hills Properties, a member of MVAR (Mohawk Valley Association of REALTORS®), and participate in the NYS Alliance of MLSs data feed. Every listing on this site comes directly from that feed — same data, same timeliness, same accuracy as any agent in the valley.

How it works

The referral-based model, explained honestly.

Because I’m not physically in Utica to show homes, this site operates on a referral basis. Here’s exactly how that works and what you should expect:

    You search

    Browse the full Mohawk Valley Association of REALTORS® MLS on Benny.Estate. Filter by town, price, beds, property type — everything you'd find on a traditional IDX site, but without the pop-ups and lead farms.

  2. 02

    You inquire

    When you find something worth asking about, the inquiry comes straight to me. No call centers, no assistants, no round-robin routing. I reply personally, usually within the day.

  3. 03

    I connect you with a local agent

    I live in the Dominican Republic full-time, so I can't show you houses myself. Instead, I pair you with the right River Hills Properties agent — someone who's worked your target town before, knows the market, and can walk you through a showing the next day.

  4. 04

    The agent takes it from there

    Your River Hills agent handles the showings, offers, negotiations, and closing. You get a boots-on-the-ground professional, I earn a referral fee, and nothing about your experience feels like a hand-off — because it isn't. I stay in the loop through closing.

Why it works: you get real local expertise from a River Hills agent who’s shown hundreds of homes on the exact streets you’re searching. I get to offer a modern search experience and stay your point of contact. And the River Hills agent gets a qualified buyer who’s already pre-researched their market. Everyone wins, nothing is hidden.

“I only earn a referral or commission fee when a transaction closes.”

No retainer, no monthly fee, no lead-farm dues, no cost to you as the referrer. The referral fee is paid at closing out of the commission earned by the River Hills agent who handles the deal — a standard industry referral split.
