About this home

This four-bedroom home in the Portville Central School District offers a unique and flexible layout, generous outdoor storage and an opportunity to make it your own. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms on the first floor and two upstairs, plus an upstairs living area with a vaulted wood-plank ceiling that opens to the upper deck. A stone fireplace with pellet insert on the first floor adds character, and the brick mudroom includes laundry space. Outside is a covered porch, partly fenced yard, attached one-car carport, shed and detached two-car garage. Being sold as-is, with no repairs or credits from the sellers, and with all remaining contents included. A roof leak has caused second-floor interior water damage; buyers should evaluate for possible mold and structural issues. The home has a private well and septic system. Heat is oil-fueled forced air, and a propane tank is on the property but is not being utilized. Photos and video show the current condition. Cash or renovation financing only. For a buyer ready to renovate, this property offers space, character and room to bring new ideas to life.
