About this home

Set on 30.5 mostly wooded acres high above Lake Erie, this unique property offers breathtaking lake views, beautiful sunsets, abundant wildlife, and plenty of room to explore. A long private drive winds through the woods to a clearing at the top of the hill, where a single-story home overlooks Lake Erie. Located directly across from Luensman Overview Park, the setting is hard to beat. Built in 2008, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an attached 1.5-car garage. The home needs remodeling and is being sold as-is, giving the next owner the opportunity to update it to suit their needs. The property is serviced by a spring-fed well and private septic and also benefits from up to 200,000 cubic feet of free natural gas annually for use at the home. Whether you're looking for hunting or recreational acreage, a weekend getaway, or a property to make your own, there is plenty of potential here. Enjoy the privacy of 30.5 wooded acres while still being within easy reach of Erie, Buffalo, and all that the Lake Erie region has to offer.
