The villa features 3 main suites across two stories:
- 3 Full Suites with King-size beds, premium linens, and A/C
- 1 Bonus "Nook" room with two Twin beds (fan-cooled, no A/C) — ideal for teenagers or children
Bathrooms
Modern fixtures throughout. Two bathrooms feature private outdoor showers.
The Space
Spacious, fully equipped chef's kitchen suitable for family meals. Large private pool and BBQ deck. Daily housekeeping included. The villa is uniquely positioned forward on the lot to ensure exceptional privacy despite neighboring properties.
Staff & Services
A dedicated housekeeper maintains the home during your stay. Optional breakfast and lunch preparation available for $50 USD/day (paid directly to housekeeper). If extended hours or dinner service is required, guest covers housekeeper's taxi fare home.
Important Notes
This property is registered in the Casa de Campo resort system as "Golf Villa 42." Guests must reference this name when speaking with security. No electric golf carts permitted; gasoline carts only.
