Welcome

Luxury living in the Caribbean’s most exclusive resort community.

Casa de Campo spans 7,000 acres of pristine Caribbean paradise, offering unparalleled luxury, privacy, and world-class amenities. From championship golf to private beaches, this guide will help you navigate your perfect villa vacation — and if you’d rather have Bryan plan it for you, he lives ten minutes away.

Chapter 01

Choosing your perfect villa

Finding the right villa is key to your perfect vacation. Consider your group size, preferred location, and desired amenities — our curated collection covers everything from quiet golf-course homes to beachfront estates.

  • Decide on group size and budget before browsing
  • Pick a location by interest: golf, beach, marina, or privacy
  • Check amenities — private pool, chef, full staff, golf cart
  • Read reviews and ask us for recent guest feedback

Chapter 02

The booking process

Our booking is personal, not a widget. You talk to Bryan directly — he confirms availability, quotes the real rate for your dates, and handles the paperwork.

  • Start with the Check availability form on any villa page
  • Review the rental agreement and cancellation terms
  • Reserve dates with a deposit — full payment due 30 days before arrival

Chapter 03

Making the most of your stay

Casa de Campo alone spans 7,000 acres with three championship golf courses, a private marina, a beach club, and an entire 16th-century Mediterranean village. Plan the must-dos in advance so you're not scrambling on day one.

  • Book tee times on Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore, or The Links well ahead
  • Reserve tables at Minitas Beach Club, La Casita, and Onno's early
  • Visit Altos de Chavón, the Mediterranean village on the cliff
  • Use the resort's watersports, tennis, horseback riding, and spa

Chapter 04

Dining and cuisine

From fine-dining inside the resort to local spots in La Romana and Bayahibe, there's a full range of options — plus your villa kitchen if you'd rather cook.

  • Tabled favorites: Onno's Bar & Restaurant and La Cantina
  • Hire a private chef for intimate dinners at the villa
  • Don't miss sunset cocktails at Minitas Beach Club

Chapter 05

Preparing for your trip

A little prep makes everything smoother. Here's what regular Casa de Campo guests tell us matters most.

  • Pack sunscreen, resort wear, and comfortable shoes — walks are long
  • Bring any specialty ingredients you want for villa cooking
  • Arrange airport transfers in advance — we can coordinate for you
  • Download offline maps and save Bryan's WhatsApp before you land
