This newly updated 6-bedroom estate blends timeless Caribbean luxury with modern comforts, full-staff service, and unmatched golf and sea views. The villa sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably across six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms.

Full Staff Included

The villa includes 4 full-time staff members: 2 housekeepers/cooks, 1 private chef, and 1 butler, plus 1 part-time gardener.

Daily services include:

Dinner service is available upon request ($50 for taxi home after hours). Private maid's quarters with twin bunk beds, private kitchen, and 2 washers/dryers are available for staff accommodation.

The villa is minutes from Casa de Campo Marina, Altos de Chavón, and the resort hotel, with full access to all resort amenities including pools, spa, restaurants, cinema, tennis courts, and golf.

Casa de Campo Resort Fee

Casa de Campo requires a daily resort fee collected at check-in. This fee is not included in the nightly rate and is paid directly to the resort:

• $25 USD per adult/day (guests ages 12+)
• $12 USD per child/day (guests ages 4–12)
• Free (children under 4)
