A modern 6-bedroom villa nestled in the world-renowned Casa de Campo Resort, minutes from Playa Minitas. The villa combines tropical comfort with luxury amenities, featuring central air conditioning with individual room controls, smart TVs in each bedroom, and expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All six bedrooms include en-suite full bathrooms and smart TVs:

• Bedrooms 1–5: 1 king bed each
• Bedroom 6: 2 queen beds

Maximum occupancy: 12 overnight adult guests.

Kitchen & Dining

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and essential cookware. Multiple dining options:

• Indoor dining table (seats 10)
• Indoor island barstool seating (seats 3)
• Outdoor dining table (seats 8)
• Outdoor wet bar with barstool seating (seats 5) and smart TV

Living Spaces

Main living area with central air conditioning and Sonos Bluetooth speakers for indoor and outdoor music throughout the villa.

• Breakfast and lunch preparation included (guest provides ingredients)
• Dinner service available at additional cost

Private staff entrance and maid's quarters.

Location & Access

Located at Cacique 8, Casa de Campo Resort, La Romana. A quarter-mile walk (5 minutes) to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club. Full access to all resort facilities, including golf courses (Teeth of the Dog), restaurants, hotel pools, tennis courts, movie theater, marina shops, and water sports.
